Vacancies for Quantity Surveyors
Our client, an engineering & construction company in Nairobi is looking to recruit a highly qualified and motivated individual to fill the positions of Quantity Surveyors:
Requirements:
Diploma or HND / Degree in Building Economics, Civil Engineering or related field.
Post graduate qualifications in Project Management shall be added advantage
Possess a minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in construction projects.
Good working knowledge of computer based construction management and contract administration software like MS Projects and MS Office proficiency
Sound knowledge in preparation of tenders and Bills of Quantities.
Sound financial planning and cost control abilities
Technical competence to advice on all engineering / project matters
Good oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively undertake site meetings and represent the company in client meetings
High and unquestionable integrity
Ability to deliver under pressure
